Subject: Internal Examination of Minor Project (ES-451) 

All 7th-semester students are hereby informed that the Internal Examination for the Minor Project (ES-451) will be held as per the following schedule:

• 6th November 2025
• Venue: Room No. 224,      
• Time: 9:00 AM onwards

Students are required to report by 9:00 AM. Attendance will be marked up to 10:00 AM. After that time, no one will be entertained. Please ensure punctuality.

Submission Requirements:

• One hard-bound report signed by the supervisor for the department (group-wise).
• One hard-bound report for the supervisor (group-wise).
• One copy of the report for each student.

Presentation Guidelines:

• Maximum 12 slides to present your work.
• Hardware (if applicable) must be presented on the Internal Examination and also submitted to the project lab on the day of the External Examination after being presented to the External Examiner.
